FluxPoint's mission is to restore secure, Western-aligned uranium conversion capacity in the United States, supporting energy independence, enabling advanced reactor deployment and strengthening national security.
FluxPoint was started because a fundamental reset in the global nuclear fuel market is under way. Geopolitical developments, bipartisan federal legislation restricting Russian uranium imports and broader Western policy shifts have forced a structural realignment of the market. The shortage is structural: Western conversion capacity has not grown in two decades while demand is rising.
For utilities and reactor developers, the FluxPoint Energy Conversion Project offers a new domestic source of UF6 conversion services, diversification away from constrained and politically exposed supply, and long-term tolling contracts sized to a customer's fuel-procurement cycle.
